Feel free to check in anytime after 3 pm on the day of your arrival! Check-out is at 10 am on the day of departure.
Early Check-In & Late Check-Out: Our busy cleaning schedules mean we typically can’t accommodate many early check-ins or late check-outs. If you’re in the area early, let us know and we’ll send you some fun recommendations in town, then we’ll give you a heads-up when your room is clean. Let us know if you have any questions or concerns!

Our check-in process is contactless, so go ahead and check right into your cabin after your 3 pm arrival using the information sent to you by email.
If you need any help, give us a call, send us a message, or flag down our on-site hosts Chris and Carson if you see them!

We love hosting dogs! Our bottom floor (Suites #1-7) and cabin (#16) are all dog-friendly, and depending on the case, we may approve pets upstairs as well (#8-15). Two dogs max, $20 per dog per night (free after the third night).
If you plan to bring your dog, give us a heads-up when you book, and please thoroughly read through our pet policy here.

We are about 30 minutes away from the eastern entrance of Yosemite National Park (the Tioga Pass Entrance). Please note that the Tioga Pass Entrance closes seasonally, roughly from October or November through late May (though it varies by year). During that time, it is not possible to enter Yosemite from the east side of the park.
Check out the Yosemite National Park website for information on closures and construction that may impact driving times into Yosemite.

Yep! Please let us know ahead of time if you plan to bring anything in tow so that we can reserve a space in our main parking lot. Our trailer parking spots are the two elongated spots right in the middle of our main parking lot.
For overflow parking, you can park at June Lake Community Park just down the street.

Yep! We have a self-serve supply room located on the bottom floor (where the “office” used to be) with lots of goodies to use during your stay. Supplies include extra toiletries, DVDs, books, coffee, and more. Please return any non-disposables to the supply room when you’re finished.
Everything else you should be able to find in town at the June Lake General Store.
We’re working on gear rental this year—stay posted!

WiFi: While we do offer WiFi (and have a backup network in case of outages), we’re still in a small mountain town, which means our WiFi signal can be spotty. We don’t recommend planning to Zoom into any important meetings on-site but let us know if you need any recommendations on local coworking or WiFi spots.
Cell: We have strong cell service at the property as well, but the service can be spotty heading into June Lake, so we recommend pulling up your check-in information before arriving at the property.

Bears live in our neck of the woods and occasionally visit our lot. Please secure all trash in the bear-proof dumpster and latch it when you're all set, and make sure to bring all human/pet food indoors.

You can cancel your stay up to 30 days before check-in for any reason (regardless of the platform you booked through).
Once you’re within the 30-day mark, we’ll do our best to rebook your dates and refund you what we recoup. We retain a 5% fee to cover the cost that our payment processing platform (Stripe) charges us to refund your original payment.
We honor cancellations within 30 days of check-in (minus the 5% credit card processing fee) if you’re within 48 hours of booking, or if you have a special circumstance with proof. Inquire for extenuating circumstances.
We highly recommend adding travelers’ insurance to your reservation upon booking. Life happens, and trips to the mountains can be unpredictable. We recommend Spot Trip Insurance—it’s an easy and affordable way to cover up to 100% reimbursement on all of your trip expenditures for unexpected life events that result in cancellation (like illness, natural disasters, jury duty, job requirements, and more): https://www.getspot.com/trip-affiliates/field-guide

All reservations are charged in full 30 days before your check-in date.
If a reservation is made less than 30 days in advance, the reservation is charged in full at the time of booking.
Payment failures within 30 days of check-in are subject to cancellation. Don’t worry–we work hard to reach you for payment if anything is missing!
Taxes & Fees:
In addition to the base rate and cleaning fee, your reservation will include a 12% tax paid directly to local and state tax boards.
Reservations with approved dog(s) will also have a pet fee ($20 per dog per night, free after 3 nights).

If you’re staying in a pet-friendly room and plan to bring your dog along, please give us a heads-up and read through, agree to, and share our pet policy with your group upon booking.

All of our premises are smoke-free, including your cabin/suite, balconies and patios, our parking lot, and communal outdoor areas.
If you would like to smoke, we ask that you do so along Bruce Street in front of the property.
We’re in an extremely fire-prone area, so YOU MUST fully extinguish and dispose of butts and ashes in the dumpster off the main lot, and never let a butt touch the ground.
We charge a $50 fee (which goes to our cleaners) for the hassle of cleaning up any butts left behind. If your unit smells of smoke after check-out, a $250 charge will be incurred.
Thanks for following our smoking policies!

Quiet hours are from 10pm – 8am every day. Please keep all noise (indoor and outdoor) to a minimum.
As much as we love camping, unfortunately, our grounds aren’t zoned as such. Please, no RV or cowboy campin’ in the lot. Holler if you need help finding a boondocking spot!
You must be 21 years of age to book. Non-guests may not book on behalf of someone under 21.
Don’t share your door code with anyone not associated with your reservation.
We’re a “Leave No Trace” type of place–please respect our grounds, cabins, and surrounding public lands. We’ll charge ya for excess messes, damage, leftover pet waste, biohazard cleanups, and all that good stuff.
No recreational firearm, weapon, or firework use allowed on-site.
Extra Guests: Unfortunately, we don’t permit extra guests beyond what’s listed in your unit’s capacity max. We’re happy, however, to book your larger-sized group in neighboring rooms as long as you maintain respect and capacity numbers in each unit, keep noise levels to a minimum, and respectfully share communal spaces with guests outside your party.
Any “day guests” or folks not associated with your reservation must be pre-approved.
Events: To avoid excessive wear and tear and to keep noise levels respectful, we unfortunately don’t allow events at the property at this time. This includes weddings, photoshoots, reunions, and more. Let us know if you have a special circumstance or need venue recommendations in the area!
