Rates & Reservations



Cancellation and Deposit Policy: We require a one night advance deposit for all non holiday reservations. We have a 30 day cancellation policy with a $25.00 administrative fee for all cancellations.
  • Your balance is due upon arrival at check in. Sorry,  no refunds for early departure or weather related issues.
  • Holiday and Special Event policies will differ and will be confirmed upon a reservation request for those periods of time.


We welcome your family pet in some of our first level pet designated rooms for a $30.00 per pet fee. We welcome no more than 2 pets per suite.
  • All pets must must be registered at the time your reservation is BOOKED.
  • You may leave your pet unattended in your suite ONLY if it is crated or kenneled. No exceptions. Please see your confirmation for additional pet information.

Please note that The Gull Lake Lodge may update and amend these Terms from time to time. If you have a question, or have a special circumstance not addressed here, please contact us for assistance.


If we find after you have left that there is property missing or damages, we reserve the right to charge the credit card on file for the damage. When you stay at The Gull Lake Lodge you choose to accept all these terms and conditions.


You are anonymous on this Site until you knowingly provide us with information.

We pledge to keep confidential the private information that you provide to us. We require our employees, endorsed vendors, agents and affiliates to affirm the confidential nature of your information and not share it with any third party.

We will not sell, trade, rent or release your private information to anyone outside our company without your approval and giving you the opportunity to opt out. We may disclose your information to parties requiring it under law or use it to perform credit checks, report or collect debts owed.
